For me, these are very good headphones in the price/performance ratio. ANC is not comparable to more expensive brands, but for everyday use (for example, learning on public transport) it works surprisingly well and audibly attenuates ambient noise. The battery life is absolutely sufficient - in normal use it lasts for several days without charging. Transparent mode is especially useful when walking around the city, when you need to hear the surroundings - cars, cyclists, etc. Speaking through it is understandable at shorter distances (about 2-3 meters), but still usable. It's a bit of a shame that this mode can't be activated or used if you only have one headphone out - even if it was active during the previous listening session, it will remain off until you remove both headphones from the case. Overall though, a very solid product that offers surprisingly many features for its price that are usable and not fussy.
