Useless: I bought it for extending the very short cable in a Dell DA310 portable docking station but if I use it the only things that keeps on working is the video output from the docking station, the usb and the Ethernet ports stop working. I suspect also the usbc charging capability will also be hindered. I wonder if it's not too late for a refund ?

The cable looks good quality, and I like the AlzaPower brand, but unfortunately, this extension cable is the first product I'm returning. It's because it's unusable in my situation. I have a laptop that requires a 68W charger, and I use it connected to a docking station that supports up to 100W PD. To have some reserve, I bought a 100W USB-C charger, which is connected to the docking station. The docking station itself consumes some of the power, which is why I didn't connect the original 68W adapter. In this setup, unfortunately, some of the (I should add, wired) peripherals connected to the docking station would randomly, but quite often (e.g., twice an hour), cut out. Specifically, it was the keyboard, mouse, and headphones. The sound would disappear for a few seconds, and the keyboard and mouse would become unresponsive. However, the picture on the external monitor connected to the docking station remained, and according to the icon, charging continued. According to the specifications, the cable does support a 100W charging power transfer, but it can only handle a current of 3A. I bought another cable from a different manufacturer with a maximum of 5A, and now everything works. I'm not saying the cable is bad, it just isn't suitable for my use case.
The cable feels durable and doesn't bend or break.
