I bought this mount as a replacement for the iOttie Easy One Touch Mini, which I was very happy with, but it broke after 4 years. I tested this by driving on vacation when the soft suction cup held well on the dashboard in the summer. The biggest problem was the phone spinning in the holder practically every sharp turn. I went to the trouble of making sure the metal pad was on the center of the phone. This keeps the attachment in the center of gravity and the phone rotates very easily. Slide the pad up to obstruct the camera. Moving the arc down will only make the situation worse. A holder for anger!
