I bought the vacuum cleaner on Christmas 24 from another store. I am highly skeptical of these devices and this has been confirmed for me. The vacuum cleaner became completely unusable in a year. The swivel at the bottom of the nozzle that runs on the floor is gone. This "goose" neck carries the entire weight of the vacuum cleaner itself and is secured with only about 2cm of plastic in the upper half of the circle, which thins out due to rotation until it simply breaks off. It is highly unstable and likes to fall when you put it upright. When it falls, it gets damaged and starts to crumble quickly. In one of the crashes, the plastic propeller inside the vacuum cleaner broke and it instantly became a vibrator that was impossible to hold in your hand. In addition, if you remove the handheld vacuum cleaner, the rest of the body does not stand on its own, so it is unbalanced and tips over and slaps the ground again. I bought a second one here at Christmas 25 with the feeling that maybe we just had a weaker piece and at least I'll have spare parts, even though almost every component is almost unusable in a year. If you treat the vacuum cleaner like porcelain, it will probably survive the warranty, otherwise it is really incredibly fragile. Otherwise as new it does the job, blowing it with a compressor from time to time (especially the filters) will give it about a 20% performance boost. After each vacuuming I recommend knocking out the filter - otherwise it doesn't suck. For kitchen work (flour there, sugar here and crumbs here and there) it's a great partner, for hair and carpet it's perfect, but if you run into more dust, for example in the hallway on the mat, you're entering hell. Not a bad thing but I expected a bit more from this brand.

LED backlighting will beautifully show the mess you normally don't see. Battery life is as claimed. Great in a home with pets. If you have long hair at home, then you need to clean the rotary brush more often - the hair gets tangled on it, but this is classic. We have had it for over 2 years now and no problems. Definitely can't compare to say Dyson vacuums, but for 1/3 the price of Dyson it's great.
