The vacuum cleaner saves a lot of work. We send it into different rooms gradually each day, wherever we aren't at the moment (it is quite noisy, after all). It needs to be emptied, have its water refilled and the mops washed several times during a single room clean, so it needs constant clear access to its station. It can handle longer dog hairs too. Although, sometimes it pulls out a larger clump from somewhere and just pushes it around the room with the air it blows out from the side, so it never catches and vacuums it up. A big problem is the initial mapping. It needs to be done really carefully because if it can't get somewhere the first time, it will never go there again (so I recommend temporarily moving everything that might get shifted around at some point). Door thresholds 2cm high are really the limit; it has to reverse and get a run-up, so I hope it doesn't damage them too much. It's difficult to set the boundaries between rooms because, from one side or the other, it always tries to vacuum a bit of the threshold and gets stuck on it a lot (we have old thresholds that are 15cm wide). The skirting boards on our wooden floors are a problem for it because they are low and quite wide, so it drives along them with one side, which means it mops at a strange angle.
Vacuums and wipes at the same time
It handles pet fur and hair, I haven't had to clean the brush yet.
A rotating mopping head instead of a simple cloth
Self-sufficient - it services itself at the station as needed.
The map needs to be created properly the first time = clear out the whole flat (otherwise it will never go to places it couldn't see when creating the map).
You can't edit the map much in the app
You can't create a shared home with other members in the app (Tuya, Aventi or other apps can normally do this)
Has trouble with higher thresholds (especially when they're wide, it keeps trying to vacuum them too).
It has trouble with the low skirting boards along the walls (it partially drives over them)

Cleaning is quick and quiet
Both vacuuming and mopping work brilliantly.
Sometimes something surprises it and it gets confused.

The robot is really cool and was worth the investment. It handles cat hair and scattered litter without any problems. I like that it does everything on its own – it vacuums, mops, empties the dust into the bag, and even dries its mop, so I just have to refill the clean water and empty the dirty water. The app is straightforward and the English works great. It's a bit noisier and the station takes up more space, but it's a brilliant helper and I'd buy it again.

Really simple app on my phone
She speaks Czech
Almost no work at all, I just top up and empty the water.
It's louder than I expected.
The docking station is a bit on the large side.

Overall, we're very satisfied with the robot. It does exactly what we wanted it to do – it saves us time, and we don't have to constantly deal with vacuuming and mopping. Controlling it via the app is simple and quick. It has a few minor issues, but nothing that significantly bothers us during normal use. We definitely recommend this purchase.
Simple and clear controls via Home Connect
We appreciate the option to choose between cleaning the whole house, a specific room, or just a certain area.
It vacuums and mops well and, most importantly, saves us a lot of time
You need to clear the area a bit before cleaning, especially putting away cables, which the robot has already got tangled in, even though we expected it to recognise them with its camera and go around them. We're careful about that now.
The mops take a really long time to dry after cleaning. We therefore recommend placing the station somewhere outside of rooms you use regularly, so the drying process isn't an unnecessary disturbance.

The vacuum cleaner vacuums and mops brilliantly, just the app could be better fine-tuned, but that's something that can be improved even after purchase.

A brilliant vacuum cleaner, it exceeded all our expectations. Pairing and mapping the flat went fine and we've had no problems with vacuuming or mopping so far. I particularly appreciate its sensors, which mean it doesn't bump into furniture, and also its extendable 'paw', which sweeps and mops right up close to things. It also gets over thresholds (1.5cm) well and doesn't leave the floor wet after mopping (even on the high-dirt setting), which owners of wooden floors will certainly appreciate. You sometimes have to search a bit in the app, but otherwise I can't complain about it. You can also share the vacuum cleaner with other family members on their devices or view the number of cycles remaining until the recommended replacement of parts (brushes, filters, mops, etc.). It vacuums quietly, only emptying the dustbin from the vacuum into the docking station is loud – about as loud as a normal vacuum cleaner and takes about 10 seconds.
Doesn't bump into furniture, but cleans right up against it.
Doesn't leave wet patches after mopping
vacuums quietly
It gets over a 1.5cm threshold without any problems.
the docking station is quite big and requires extra space above it to empty the water containers

Vacuums well, can also handle mopping and thanks to the smart navigation it gets around the flat well. I particularly appreciate the automatic cleaning and drying of the mops. Overall, a handy little helper and I can recommend it.

The robot is quite quiet during operation, it's only louder when returning to the station to empty the dust and wash the mops – but that's just for a short time. So far, it cleans very well; adjusting the vacuuming and mopping intensity in the app is simple. I still need to fine-tune the room settings, but that should be straightforward. It doesn't have a handle for carrying, which I miss a bit.
quality workmanship
Bosch (even though it’s from China)
convenient control via the app
Basic setup is quite easy
Maintenance seems simple so far.
Cleans well and we didn't have a mop before, so it makes cleaning much easier for us.
the instructions didn't include how to set up all the functions via the app, and I couldn't find it anywhere else
Can only save three rooms (I couldn't find an option to save more).
a minor drawback - there's no handle for carrying, but I suppose that's not possible with this design
