This trimmer is great in a number of aspects, unfortunately in the main one - hair cutting it is weak... Compared to an older and cheaper trimmer ( Rowenta TN5240) it just doesn't cut it. Tested on different cut lengths.... Only on 2 mm it was quite good, otherwise it was necessary to guide the hair on the attachment in a complicated way, moreover, the hair can hardly be knocked out. The attachment has to be constantly removed... For the price/performance ratio, this product is definitely not worth it...

The most important thing: the machine shaves solidly. Not that there's nothing to improve, it's certainly not enough to go over once, but the difference to cheap supermarket machines is big. Includes three different heads: basic (the only one that can be fitted with an attachment with adjustable beard trimming length), wide (which also has finer teeth) and ultra narrow (for fine-tuning details). After trying it out, I actually use all three. The wide head trims the beard to almost zero length, it's almost close to a razor (though of course it's not completely smooth); I would call it the biggest pleasant surprise of this machine. (It also irritates the skin on my neck much like a razor. So if your skin can't handle a razor, be prepared that you may not be able to use the wide head. ) The other heads shave similarly to the Philips razor I had before. The neutral: The various other attachments and the trimming ruler are useless pieces of plastic. I tried to use the ruler once and it went back into the box. Extensions with different inclinations on different sides might (maybe) be useful if they had adjustable length of the cut. Fixed lengths are useless. The travel case is sturdy, but it only fits the machine itself with one head. In addition to the brush, you'll want to take both other heads, a cleaning brush, and a charger with you on your trip. But there's nowhere to put them. Cons: the charger is 5 V, but it does not have a USB C connector. I don't understand why. So you have to carry the original charger. There was a casback program going on at the time of purchase, but if I had known what that would look like, I would have bailed. The administration in the form of reading long instructions, registering, filling out the form, uploading the receipt, taking a specific photo in a few weeks, I would still try it. Then you finally get a link to fill in your account number (which you have already filled in once), but it doesn't work. Finding a working customer support contact requires detective efforts.
