I complained about the toaster because the underside of the hob started to get dirty after a while and let out a kind of grey-silver spray. Fingers, dishes, everything dirty. Complaint accepted, product replaced, unfortunately the second piece started to get dirty right after the first wash. So I'm going to complain again. The first "firing" of the toaster is a real treat. I had to put both devices under the hood, otherwise my whole apartment would smell of burnt rubber, it smokes a lot, one has the feeling that it is a defect of the device (I would not be surprised if it really was).
