I recommend everyone to carefully READ the manual how to work with the coffee machine. At the beginning I did not study the instructions in detail and after preparing one cappuccino, i.e. after whisking the milk, the buttons started flashing for about 5 to 7 min. as a sign that the machine was cooling down and I had to turn the machine off and on again each time to prepare another cappuccino without having to wait. It annoyed me a lot and I thought it was a glitch in the coffee maker. I subsequently sent it in for a complaint, where they explained the correct way to use the machine when making more than one coffee with whipped milk. Then I studied the instructions and now I can make more cappuccinos with beautifully whipped milk without any problems. I would like to thank the complaints department for their explanation. I am now happy with the use of the coffee machine.
