I was looking for active speakers for my office. Since I am an audiophile and the speakers I have at home are no longer manufactured, I searched very carefully. I was skeptical about the data listed for each product, and I know that paper can take anything, and this has been going on with repros for many years. A combination of instinct, technical background and looks led me to choose this pair of speakers and I am extremely pleased with them. The box is stiff enough, looks like it's made of some sort of wood component with a veneer, has enough volume and the speakers look good too. The bass-reflex tube was a requirement because of the small size of the boxes and speakers. The supplied cables look sturdy and the interconnect cable for the second box has sufficient cross-section. The package also includes a power cable to the power outlet, one 2xCINCH-2xCINCH cable, one 2xCINCH-Jack 3.5mm cable and even an optical cable for digital signal. After plugging it in and getting it up and running, I was impressed with the sound and continue to enjoy both the quiet underscore and the occasional big rumble. I can recommend it to everyone.

The first time I turned them on with the turntable, I was scared that they didn't work. They made only a faint sound. So I finally read the instructions. you need to set where you want to play the sound from on the remote control. I guess there are 2-3 options. I only use a turntable and bluetooth. The others don't even know what's in there. A tiny LED on the side of one speaker glows green when the turntable is playing. When bluetooth is on, it glows blue.
