Unexpectedly high quality. It's certainly not any audiophile hearing aid with pure reproduction, but as a gaming headset it's definitely capable of replacing a pair of quality hearing aids. For that price it is possible to buy e.g. audio technica m40x, but without microphone support and not at all on consoles.
And they are really one of the most comfortable headphones I've ever had on my head, they have an ideal weight distribution (I assume that like Beats they have only pieces of metallic binding to give the impression of luxury, because it's all just plastic), but the earcups and headband padding is very, very comfortable. Replacement earpieces made of textile foam are also included, if someone does not like the goat (which seems to be the right one), but in my opinion they are not needed.
Any unnecessarily "luxurious" packaging makes the whole headset maybe 10% more expensive, a kilo-weight box made of 5mm thick cardboard is really no good to me.
