Hello, thank you for your review and I am sorry to hear that you are having trouble with the headphones. The control of the headphones is deliberately designed with push button control ( not touch ), so that the headphones can be operated even with sweaty fingers or gloves. To avoid pressing the earpiece into your ear, it is a good idea to hold the earpiece with your index finger and press the button with your thumb on the other side. The headphones don't have a Multipoint feature - which allows them to be connected to multiple devices at the same time.
