I originally thought I was going to trade in my 13 mini for a 16 Pro this year, I was even thinking about trading in for a Samsung, but Apple finally surprised me and put in 2025! 120Hz display to the base model and along with it the Always on feature, which is a great feature for someone who has their phone in sight all day. In addition, the display welcomes really small frames, where the mobile gives a greater impression compared to other phones that are larger, but have larger frames. What is a severe pain though is the automatic brightness. The new selfie camera has been excellently solved and you don't really need to adjust the positions of the phone and people when taking pictures of multiple people. The rear cameras will do their job well, I'm guessing the vast majority of people here will be taking photos and banging them on the nets, so they will suffice amply for those purposes. Video's a blast. The side camera button is completely useless, I expect Apple to drop it next year. The new iOS is a hard pass for me. I don't know why Apple wants to get closer to Andriod, not only in appearance, but many times with bugs that really resemble Android from 10 years ago. Overall, I can recommend the mobile phone, finally after years we have a basic model that is worth it.
