I've heard a lot of speakers in the mini category up to 2000 kč but this one sounds the best
otherwise the speaker sounds nice for how small it is
it is one of the better sounding speakers in a similar price and size category
that the auracast feature does not have backwards compatibility.

I definitely recommend this mini speaker, I say mini but I was very surprised how loud this speaker plays. It is absolutely ideal for the car, home, or any small outdoor party. The price is a bit higher compared to e. g. Niceboy, but all specifications work in favor of JBL, I tried the Niceboy Raze Supersonic for 999 CZK. The JBL GO 4 is somewhere else entirely, although it has a weaker performance (it plays more quietly), but the sound quality is on a completely different level. Also, Niceboy doesn' t have an app, dual link, I had connection issues, etc.

For me, the biggest DISADVANTAGE of this speaker is the JBL speaker system/ecosystem. One would say that if I have 2 JBL speakers, one of a year-old generation, and the other the latest, I will easily connect them together. But that' s not possible! I can only connect speakers of the same series (of the same year of introduction), so e. g. I can' t connect this GO 4 to Charge 5 which is 1 year old. The GO 4 has AuraCast, the Charge 5 has Connect+, and even older speakers have PartyBoost. I don' t understand why they have done it so badly, but I guess the reason is that they want people to keep buying the latest generation.
A little denser bass for me, but the sound can be adjusted in the JBL app.
At maximum volume, the sound gets a bit muffled, but that' s normal
