I don't recommend the headphones and I'm quite puzzled by such a high score, so it's time to take it down a bit. I don't know what JBL means by Pure Bass Sound, but in this case it means that while the bass is audible, the mids and highs suffer a lot because of it. Overall, I feel they have the wrong frequency range, so some sounds overlap each other, even though they should be normally distinguishable. On my ntb, the sound sounds quite tinny, although I didn't have a problem with it with the old AKGs. I wouldn't even go for the 300 price again.
