I'm really annoyed at this product, overall it's crafted pretty well, it's not some cheap plastic or anything. Unfortunately, this is the third time they've broken. The first time the headphone stopped charging, the second time the same, now the left headphone plays at 50 percent of the volume of the right one (I tried resetting the headphones, fiddling with the headphone settings in the app, unfortunately nothing helps). I'm really annoyed, as I have a phone without a jack and now I'll be without headphones for a month again until the claim is settled.
