I bought the device a year ago for general reasons like every other citizen of the Czech Republic. To caffeinate the body and thus maximize its performance in building and serving the new modern Europe. Back in November, the claim that a KRUPS brand automatic coffee machine was more reliable than a KRUPP brand tank seemed completely unquestionable! Unfortunately, the end of November shattered this claim and sowed considerable doubt about this product. I performed first and last for this German in French hands. Everything exactly as he ordered, so that he would not have a single reason to be dissatisfied and would not break down. The coffee machine has been regularly descaled with the KRUPS descaling kit, degreased, flushed before and after each use, and has a filter installed which is regularly changed! I did everything I saw on his screen. And that was probably the proverbial stumbling block. Suddenly, out of nowhere, half the screen froze and the touch buttons stopped responding! It eventually recovered within a short time, but the screen was still frozen and the device stopped showing what, when and how it needed. I was confused and horrified at the same time, that after such a short time the whole control unit would collapse? What now? Will I no longer be able to enjoy the fine beans of African and Arabic coffee? The precisely degreased machine continued to work, but the communication was apparently destroyed permanently. Based on my already innate inertia, I carried out the necessary work for the next 14 days by memory and was about to find the time to complain. The day before I was going to pack the product in the original box and send it to the seller, something incredible happened. Something you would certainly not expect in a product of a different provenance. The coffee maker came to its senses and everything from then on seemed as if nothing had happened. I'll wait to see if the glitch repeats. Alternatively, I'll claim the device as a precaution. If I don't claim the machine next year, due to the 15-year after-sales warranty, the Franco-German consortium will allow me to enjoy Arabic and African coffee until the very last bitter sip. But we will all have to pay heavily for that as customers.
