The camera cannot be connected directly to the USB-C to USB-C cable in the car, the manufacturer claims it is due to low voltage on the USB-C source in the car. It's nonsense. As soon as you put the reducer on the source and it looks like USB-A and the same then you change the UBC cable to USB-C only through the reducer, the camera works. The camera simply needs power via USB-A. The manufacturer recommends to use their cable in the trunk, but modern cars nowadays have a trunk cable only in the trunk. The crew is equipped with USB-C sources and the camera does not support this

My only complaint would be the battery state of charge, which surprised me unpleasantly the last time I took the camera off the mount to turn it on and set the daylight saving time. I would also (but this is probably for car cameras in general) fault the radar reporting system. This is my second camera, so I think this is "standard". It is glued to the glass with a high quality double-sided tape (+ there is also a spare one in the package) and does not stick. But I recognize that this can be a disadvantage for someone who frequently drives another car.
