I've had it for about a year now, works great. It takes a lot of cleaning, but that's not a defect of the product. Nice design, well thought out in construction. Perhaps there could be a better way to get oil into the humidifier - this way you have to lift the main reservoir, which when it's full, it's not very good. But that's a detail. The software support is great too - nice app, everything is easy to set up and all. I haven't seen SW this nice on something smart in a long time.
