I switched from q2, but I'm slightly put off by it and will probably be returning. But the sensitivity is such that you just have to make a grimace in your glasses and the display will turn off for a few seconds. It's annoying and it hasn't happened to me with q2. So I have to tighten the headset and push harder on my face. They could use the strap in a medieval torture chamber. Anyone who gives it more than 10 minutes has my respect. So an alternative strap is a must. Lens flares. I expected it to be flawless compared to q2. Those who have, know that q2 suffers from god rays. There are no god rays here, but the lens looks kind of foggy and makes it ghostly. Especially when the graphics are bright on a black background. If you are upgrading from an older model, the wow effect just isn't there and you may be disappointed. In this case, I recommend to try before you buy.

The Asgard Wrath (PC version via Link, which I use over WiFi without any problems) is a complete trip to another world. I've also played with various modifications of RDDII, but it has its flaws. You want to play games that have full VR support to make the VR experience complete. I've got HaflLife Alyx VR ready to go, but I'm waiting to play the so far unbeatable Asgard. At the same time, it's a very nice environment to control inside VR, and I like a lot of the documents that are available even inside the META ecosystem. Watching a climber climbing on the rock without belay and you are right next to him in the space will literally take your breath away!

Not worth it at all. It is my third Quest 3. First one was sent back because of dead pixels. Second one was sent because of broken depth sensor. This one stayed with me but later on I discovered that tracking with controllers is quite off. It is not dirty cameras or something else and not noticable in slow and middle paced games. It is noticable when you dive into extreme beat saber levels where every millisecond counts. It simply does not register some movements properly... A lot of drawbacks and really bad QA for a high tech product from meta. Avoid by any possibility. But it is really hard to do because of low price and features it provides...

I was expecting a lot from this device (especially after the many reviews I' ve read) and was quite disappointed. Even though it' s the 3rd generation, it' s still a device that' s pretty imperfect, so I' m looking forward to Quest 5, maybe it' ll be perfected there. The first thing that really disappointed me is the image quality. Despite the parameter-promising resolution, high pixelation of the image is visible during use. My eyes also hurt when using it, it was better with the night mode. The center of gravity is very much on the front of the glasses, they pull the head down and it hurts the back of the neck. An improvement would definitely be batteries in the back of the strap, which would balance the device better. Short battery life - around 1.5h, charging over 2.5h. Passthrough is a good feature, although the image is rather poor quality and not very detailed. At least it' s colorful. The last thing that surprised me was the minimum of free apps/games. If you want something with decent graphics and non-infantile content, prepare a card with enough funds.
