The heads work great, they regulate the temperature as they should, however, the motor is audible, the lack of recognition of the open window (a function that was promised already min. from 2019). What discourages me from buying more headers is the method of attachment - the sockets on the header that hold the metal thread are plastic and break - this has led to me having one header that cannot be attached to the heater - when tightening it, it detaches from the thread and there is no way to fix/resolve this at home. This is a design defect.

It's an incredible battery drain. The alkaline ones last about 2 months, so with 6pcs of heads you will pay *monthly* for batteries 400, - CZK.
You can't do much with rechargeables - the NiMH cells of the head "run out" in a month. But the battery is still at 1.3V and the head refuses to work. So you are only charging the battery by 0.2V all the time, which reduces its lifetime quite a bit.
it only works through the NetAtmo cloud. Forget about controlling apps without an internet connection at home. And not even from the local network.
price. ( even though a year ago, the heads were 1,600. )
some heads do not measure temperature correctly and need to be manually calibrated with another thermometer. After changing the batteries, it's quite common

I've had the device in two locations for over two years. It is virtually impossible to match the room temperatures to the settings on the netatmo controller. Sometimes there's not enough, sometimes there's too much. It's so annoying to have to deal with all the time. I'll have to disassemble and try another system, maybe with an external temp number. If you want to save your nerves, don't buy it. If you don't care that the temperature is sometimes too much and sometimes not enough, the system seems pretty expensive for that.
