Full HD 1080p 60Hz is sufficient for 85% of the content you play from anywhere (Netlflix, HBO Max, etc. ) If you drop 4K content into it, the image is even nicer. No projector will have nice colors in daylight, I recommend arranging it with my wife on blackout curtains, it will make the projector very easy and he will repay you with a beautiful rich image.
