I have been using it for about 1 month. In a few reviews you can read that the head jerks/scratches. The stalling is a timer that signals (another) 30 seconds of cleaning, respectively. recommended end of cleaning after 2 minutes. Furthermore, I have read in other reviews about problems with displaying the teeth/plates just cleaned in the app. For me no problem, everything and always displayed absolutely without uncertainty (not only the segment, but also the tooth surfaces themselves). I use iOS, I have no experience with the app on Android.
