Although the complaint should have been resolved by replacing it with another piece or repairing it, I received a completely different brush - a different color, a lower grade brush with fewer functions, etc., I don't understand. I sent the wrong brush back and bought it elsewhere - I don't know why it's on Alza Rose Quartz for 11k when you can buy it elsewhere for half that. I am not satisfied with Alza's procedure in the case of a defective claim. Newly purchased toothbrush from another e-shop works fine.
