The fryer is still untested, because it will be delivered by Jéžišek 😁 I just wanted to advise - as it says in one of the reviews that you can not buy more "plates" - so you CAN! There is a parts request form on the Philco website, they will forward the request to the service department and they will email you if they have stock and you order. I bought all 3 "sheets" (sheet, basket, grate). It's not expensive either and delivery is fast.
