Overall pretty disappointing, it works, but for the money the manufacturer didn't try very hard. And it's even more disappointing when you read that the charge signalling was supposedly there before, but the manufacturer stopped putting it there. Similarly, one cannot understand why Philips cannot produce a plastic box that can be reliably closed. Even the activation of the extended warranty was enough of a problem, simply a dud product from start to finish, it seems that the only thing Philips invests in is a massive advertising campaign, but the rest is already severely lame: -(

Cleans well

The design and execution of SOME parts is decent.

The signalling (of strong pressure, zone change) is quite strange - bland, you hardly even notice it.

All the modes are surprisingly very intense.

There are no instructions for use (there are only a few little things where half of them are not clear how it is meant and the other half of the functions are not even described. There's a link to the Philips website, but there's no instructions there either! )

The shipping container does not stay closed!

High price - considering that the battery cannot be replaced and is only guaranteed for 6 months(! )

There is nowhere to see how much the toothbrush is charged, you only know that it is either discharged or charged, but whether it is at 10% or 100% you can't tell.

Registering the extended warranty was an experience too - the instructions on the philips website didn't show it at all - they wanted me to enter the label listed directly on the product, but it didn't find anything. Finally I tried to enter the designation that alza has written here (a completely different number) and it worked surprisingly.
