We have a family of toothbrushes from Philips in the top Prestige series. 5 in total. Each of them has been in complaint, some even 3 times. Great for brushing teeth when they work, but otherwise they are unreliable junk. They either stop working completely, shut down during cleaning, or start making strange noises and vibrating badly. A warning would be the high claimability on Alza for the unlimited (non-image) edition. If you were hesitant, like I used to be, I would definitely go for the Oral-B iO Series 10, there are no such problems with those. As soon as Philips toothbrushes go out of warranty, we buy Oral-B. Unfortunately, Philips service is even worse. Complaints always take almost a whole month and usually the service only changes the motors, they didn't give us new pieces, so you literally have a new toothbrush that someone immediately tinkered with.
