I'm switching from XBOX, mostly because of the PS's exclusivity. I found the Xbox controller to be more ergonomic, but again it lags behind in features. Hence the higher power consumption of the PS driver. A charging stand is a must. The Xbox Series S was absolutely silent, I didn't know about it, the PS 5 is audible. I found the Xbox interface more polished, and I appreciated the quick resume feature. Sony is behind in this, but I believe it will catch up in time. Where PS clearly leads is in the expandability of the internal storage with M2 SSDs. AAA games often take up 80-120GB of space and space is dwindling fast. Both consoles have their advantages and disadvantages, and neither is an outright bad choice. But from my perspective, PS leads by a hair, mainly due to the exclusive games and the overall experience enhanced by the new controller (sounds, microphone, adaptive triggers, better vibration, gyroscope, etc. )
