I complained. Razer Krakens have much nicer and better sound. These sound out of a can - literally. The equalizer didn' t help, it' s useless, it won' t make any significant changes. For better sound, I recommend the Logitech G PRO X 2 LIGHTSPEED - which also has its faults, such as a worse microphone, but you won' t mind that anymore with the nicer sound. Definitely don' t buy, Razer can' t make headphones!
They sit nicely on the head, but after a long time you start to feel them. After a whole day of playing, they will give you a headache

I would be extremely happy with the headphones if it weren't for that one negative. Maybe the manufacturer will resolve this with some newer revision or firmware, maybe it's really just a matter of select pieces, but until then I regretfully return.

Very comfortable and good headphones but unfortunately it wouldn't be a razer if it didn't have some sort of hook. The headphones are constantly buzzing and if you don't have anything on it's quite annoying. Furthermore, if you stream something on discord, the viewer hears a very loud and unpleasant sound. For that price I expect a quality product and this is pretty unacceptable to me even though I would otherwise be very happy with the headphones. I'd probably recommend the new Logitech G for X2 or the Steelseries arctis nova 7.

Refresh 2020 version I had the old version and they fit great on my head but they had a little worse battery life and you couldn't even see the % in the synapse with the old version with the new one. Plus they had micro usb this new (2023) version has already usb c and even improved battery and even the sound is much better but I was a bit annoyed that they have static noise when not playing audio for a few seconds after pausing the music / game
