I used it for about 9 months before the razor went dead (battery). Fortunately, the complaint was handled positively, however, the service is stretching the time to comment to 30 days. It doesn't take 2 minutes to shave, more like 6. I always had to shave the back of my neck with a razor, otherwise I would have burnt skin from the razor.
