I've been using stylus phones since the Galaxy Note series, and I buy a new one every year. The S26 Ultra looks pretty good so far. I was a little worried about the viewing angles of the display due to the privacy feature because of the "drowning" of some pixels, but it's minor. I don't mind a thinner stylus without BT, I just need to think about orientation, it's newly asymmetrical. Cooling is improved, no longer burns only one place on the top left of the display, but heats the whole phone evenly. The cameras have a huge improvement in the form of a lower aperture and therefore higher luminosity, I see this as a big step forward. Resolution is not that important for me, I shoot at 12MP anyway. The lens modules are very protruding, it would be better if the whole phone was thicker and had a bigger battery, this way it is unnecessarily thin and the lenses stick out a lot. To keep the phone on the table, I recommend a cover with a lens cover, see attached photo. The rounding of the corners is subjective, I personally liked the sharp edges better, but it doesn't stick out so much in my pants pocket.
Top-notch processor, again a little better battery life still as big
Enough lens luminosity
Privacy display for notifications only
Overall system continuity
Samsung DEX
When inserting the s-foam, you need to think about the orientation
Still the same 5000mAh battery
Lacks microSD card, would appreciate more than a second SIM slot

The Samsung Galaxy S26 Ultra is an absolute market leader in 2026, pushing the boundaries of what we expect from a smartphone. If you're looking for uncompromising performance and the best technology, this is the obvious choice. What impressed me most about the phone: * Display and design: The new extreme brightness panel is readable even in direct midday sunlight, and the improved anti-glare coating works perhaps even better than its predecessor. The titanium chassis feels both luxurious and durable in the hand. * Cameras: The main sensor has undergone a major evolution. Night photos are now virtually noise-free, and details at 100x zoom are sharper than ever thanks to advanced AI. The 8K video looks absolutely professional. * Performance and AI: The processor handles even the most demanding tasks without heating up. Galaxy AI features are now more deeply integrated into the system, making everything from real-time translations to advanced photo editing easier. * Batteries: The battery life has improved despite the brutal performance and the phone can handle two days of moderate use without a problem. > Verdict: The Samsung S26 Ultra isn't just a phone, it's a pocket computer and professional camera in one. Despite the high price tag, this is an investment in a device that will be top-notch for many years thanks to long support

Greetings to all technology fans! I'd like to share with you my impressions of the new S26 Ultra in sleek black, which I've now had a good look at. The first thing that totally got me is the display. Not only does it have incredible colours, but the new Privacy Display feature is a total game-changer. Finally, no one is peeking at my messages on public transport or in a café - from an angle, the display is simply unreadable, which is great for privacy. As for the camera, the specs have really gone up. Photos are sharper, colours are more natural and night shots look like you're shooting in the day. And what's the most? Finally, it's not melting! Cooling has been handled royally, so even when I'm struggling with demanding games, the phone stays pleasantly cool in my hand. With 512GB of memory, I think it's the ultimate machine that won't let you down.

I'll start by switching from the Samsung Galaxy S20 FE 5G. When ordering, I was worried about other users' size threats. According to the attached photos you can see that it is almost the same size and you can hardly tell the difference in weight in your hand. Most will put a case on the phone and by design it can move more with the weight difference. The S26 Ultra is very comfortable in the hand. Rounded edges and corners and weight distribution all contribute to a pleasant impression of the phone even without turning it on. the same materials used, which are not only of high quality, but also look like that, which is not the standard today. Upon turning it on, the user will immediately notice a more eye-pleasing brightness and screen colours compared to older generations of Samsung Galaxy phones. (I mean those who are transitioning from more than the last generation - because the changes between generations are small, but if you compare the larger generational jump, then clearly) The user interface is as usual brisk without the slightest hesitation. But that's the expected standard for such a high-profile phone, and pretty much across all Galaxy S generations. Even my outdated S20FE doesn't suffer from any stiffness or slowdown of the environment. This bodes well for the new S26 Ultra. Every new phone is fast, but the quality only shows up after years and here I can personally praise Samsung. Personally, if I choose an Android phone, Samsung is always the choice for me, because it is a guarantee of a reliably working device (verified by owning many other brands). What is equally important is the emphasis Samsung places on the security of its devices and this is also an equally important parameter that decides on the purchase. Not enough? - Samsung's support for updates and duration of support is exemplary. Photography - in extreme shooting conditions there will be better "photo phones", but for more or similar price and they will not be full-featured to this phone in other parameters. But that doesn't mean it's not great in terms of video or photos. Some of the features like horizon lock and color rendition of photos, luminosity are great. AI features also super. Stylus - I still didn't understand how it can still fit in the design of the phone. Very useful thing for editing photos, creating notes, or documents. I thought I didn't need this, but it's awfully quick to get used to the stylus. the phone has some drawbacks-yes, like any device. Batteries? OK for me - sufficiently balanced by weight, size and charging speed. Microscopic raster in private screen settings - yes, but balanced by this feature which is a security benefit and can be turned off making the raster disappear. It's imperceptible, but for the nitpicky - yes it's there. The solution is to enable this privat feature only on certain applications or windows. viewing angles - noticeable when compared to another Galaxy S phone. Reduces brightness when tilted at extreme angles faster than screens without private functionality. It is still readable, but the drop in brightness is there when viewed from the side. Unless you compare the phone side by side and tilt them together, you won't notice. MagSafe - here you can see that Samsung didn't count on this much in the design. Support only with covers and even better not with the original. The currently shipped versions from Samsung do not have a stabilizing magnet under the ring and so the accessory will rotate. anyone who knows anything about wireless charging knows what a battery killer it is, so I don't mind, I prefer to use fast charging over the wire. Note that the Powerbank will overlap part of the lower lens. Stylus does not have BT function for camera control. Do you mind? Not me. So, the summary of the disadvantages is relative - for some, they won't be disadvantages because it takes away the reality of a world where there is always a quid pro quo. Or I'll be the one who finds fault with everything and then they'll be there for him. there's nothing easier than picking another phone. AI at the end. If all the AI features this phone offers were localized (and some are unique), it would be the ultimate phone. I understand that the population of the Czech Republic is like Wu-chan, the 7th largest city in China. But it would please and be the biggest investment at the beginning with benefits over time. the photo is a comparison with the Samsung S20FE 5G, which is above.
quality of mechanical processing
fine-tuned system on your phone
photos, video, zoom awesome, AI
private display with a large number of settings
stylus
quality of SW support
AI even if not everything is localized
improved cooling
more in the text, because personally I don't see it as a disadvantage

As a long-time Apple device user, I have to honestly say that the switch to Samsung has really pleasantly surprised me so far. I didn't expect to get used to the change so quickly. The display is beautiful and makes working with the phone a joy. The AI features make it real easy for me to work, and the photos pleasantly surprised me with their naturalness and true-to-life colour rendition. My biggest concern was moving the data from Apple, but the whole process was surprisingly easy and stress-free. Since I work with Microsoft applications on a daily basis, I perceive significantly better compatibility, which saves me time and energy. Samsung DeX is also a huge benefit for me - thanks to it, I can get by with just my phone and don't have to carry my laptop with me all the time.
Beautiful display
Camera - beautiful photos
Samsung DeX
A bit of a confusing setup. Should I use google or samsung? Who knows?
It heats up a bit more, but I'm moving a lot of data, so we'll see in classic mode

The phone is great to hold thanks to the rounder edges and does not cut your hands. The aluminum frame is not a bad thing and the phone feels very good in the hand. The balance of the phone is at an excellent level and does not slip from the hand. The new Privacy display is a great innovation and I really like that they have worked on the security side as well. Performance thanks to Snapdragon 8 Elite Gen 5 is excellent and the phone does not heat up even after heavy use and everything runs absolutely briskly. The cameras are excellent as I am used to with Samsung. Good colour matching of all sensors and excellent zoom. The AI is not to be dismissed in more advanced treatments either. Although the battery does not have the highest capacity as the competition today, but thanks to modern technology and great optimization of Samsung I can last with the phone for two days. So as a summary of the review I would like to say that it is a great performance balanced phone that does not compromise anywhere and I certainly did not do wrong with its purchase.

After switching to the Samsung Galaxy S26 Ultra 512 GB, I have a very good impression so far. It's the kind of phone where you can tell it's a flagship - virtually everything feels fast, high-quality and well thought out. The first thing that really stands out is the display. It's big, extremely sharp, and the 120Hz refresh rate makes everything from everyday use to watching videos incredibly smooth. The brightness is very high, so the display is easy to read even outdoors in the sun, and the colours are typically "samsung" bold. A bit confusing though was the marketing around the colour depth of the panel. When the phone was launched, it looked like a real 10-bit panel, but it's actually an 8-bit panel with FRC colour simulation. Honestly - I don't notice it in practice and the picture still looks great. It's more of an unfortunately communicated technicality. The performance is exactly what one expects from a top model. The phone is extremely fast, apps open instantly and multitasking is absolutely seamless. The 512GB of storage is also a very nice reserve - I don't have to think about space for photos, videos or apps at all. The camera is also a big plus. Photos are very detailed, have good dynamic range and Samsung traditionally excels in zoom. For casual photography, it really is one of the best phones I've had in my hands. So far, the battery feels very solid and the phone handles a full day of normal use without any problems. Charging is also relatively fast. The design is classically "Ultra" - the phone is large, premium and looks really robust. On the other hand, it is a relatively large and heavier device, so it may not fit everyone. In summary, the Galaxy S26 Ultra is a very hilarious phone. It has a great display, top performance, excellent camera and huge storage. If someone is looking for one of the best Android phones on the market and doesn't mind the larger size, this is a very good choice in my opinion.
Great big AMOLED display with high brightness and 120Hz refresh rate
Very high performance - the phone is extremely fast and smooth
512 GB of storage provides a huge reserve for data, photos and videos
Excellent main camera with very detailed photos
One of the best zooms among mobile phones
High quality premium workmanship and materials
Good battery life in normal use
Fast charging
Very good sunlight readability
Stable and well-optimised system with many features
Confusing marketing regarding display color depth (10-bit vs 8-bit + FRC)
The large size of the phone may not suit everyone
Relatively high weight
The price is among the highest on the market
Lots of pre-installed Samsung apps (bloatware)

I switched from the Galaxy S23 and I have to say that the Ultra version is in a whole different league. My old phone seemed slower and I didn't have enough memory for photos and videos. With the S26 Ultra, I finally have peace of mind. The battery holds up great even on a busy day, which was my biggest problem with the S23. I'm absolutely thrilled with the privacy display, it's very practical and yet the colours remain top notch. As for the camera, it is simply unbeatable, especially the zoom and the details in night shots are incredible. It's a solid piece of iron that runs like clockwork. I definitely recommend it to anyone who wants the best on the market

I can compare with my S25 Ultra. I'm not even going to write about the private display feature, that's one of the most well-known draws. The display itself now seems noticeably more polished with even less glare - even when writing with the stylus I notice an improvement in response. Now it feels even closer to writing on paper. Plus, the phone has "AI Photoshop" built right in which I like a lot, noticeably faster charging, the cameras got a decent upgrade when shooting in low light and it's the lightest ultra in history so far + there's a lot of other features that aren't talked about much. I'm always discovering new things. For example, improved NFC range for payments. For me, this upgrade is definitely worth it.
the best display on the market
improved endurance
faster charging
the lightest ultra in history
S-Pen response
Built-in AI features
innovation
price, but quality comes at a price
charging could be even faster
battery capacity same as previous models
