I'm switching from an older Samsung and I'm happy with the S26 Ultra. The system runs smoothly, the performance is excellent and in normal use I have nothing to complain about. The processing looks premium, the phone is pleasantly light for its size. Privacy Display is a nice feature. The camera may not reach the level of top Chinese models, but the results are still very good. From minor reservations - some AI functions do not yet support Czech (call screening, interpreter), which is definitely a pity. The battery is still only at 5000 mAh, the competition offers more in this regard. The viewing angles of the display are slightly worse than in older generations, but in practice this is nothing major. Overall, I am satisfied.

So here we have the Galaxy S22 Ultra vol. 4. Privacy display is a blast, finally no need to buy glass. Video and photos are great too, but that's a classic for Samsung's Ultra. The reduced weight is also nice, so when I held the Pixel 10 Pro XL and then this phone, it was really noticeable. I'm curious how the battery life will be, because keeping X years with only 5000mAh is a pretty risky business for me. It's also a shame that Samsung continues to refuse to implement magnets directly into devices, as I have a complete ecosystem around them at home, work and in the car. I have to wear a cover on my phone like this.

I'm switching from the S22 Ultra and first impressions are positive. I'm going to miss the Bluetooth stylus a bit. I have occasionally used it as a remote shutter release when taking photos. What I probably won't miss were the rounded edges of the S22's display. The screen protectors I used were peeling off on the rounded display, getting dust underneath and making it unsightly. I would welcome MagSafe charging without a case, but I'm rather glad Samsung kept reverse charging. The camera is much better, but Samsung still has a lot to improve. The Samsung S22 Ultra was getting pretty hot. That seems to be a thing of the past with the S26 Ultra.

I'm switching from the S 22 ultra and the new S 26 ultra is a better quality and nicer phone in every way. Despite the size, the phone fits perfectly in the hand, I appreciate the lower weight. The cameras take great photos, zoom is more detailed, exclusive photos at night, cooperation with AI. A big plus is faster charging and, given the power, long battery life. At high performance, the phone hardly heats up thanks to the aluminium processing. The downside is that the phone really wobbles a lot without a case, so a case is a must.
very high quality display and processing of the phone
the only phone with Privacy Display technology
fast charging
camera with great night photos
high performance
S Pen
does not heat up at high power
protruding lenses on cameras
S Pen without Bluetooth
the wireless powerbank does not fit due to the placement of the camera lenses

I got the highest configuration with 16 GB of RAM and 1 TB of storage in the gorgeous Deep Asteroid Violet color and I have to say that the performance is absolutely uncompromising. The phone responds instantly to any stimulus, and even when I have dozens of apps open at once, thanks to 16 GB of RAM there is no slowdown. 1 TB of memory gives me complete freedom when it comes to shooting and recording in high resolution. The big hit for me is the Privacy Display technology. It's very handy, the display is perfectly legible from a straight-on view only, while from an angle the picture is darkened so no strangers peek at my private messages. The enhanced aluminium design feels very premium, the phone feels lighter and it's very heat dissipative even during more demanding operations. The camera delivers top-notch results, especially night shots, and the telephoto detail is top-notch. For users who want the ultimate in modern technology and privacy, this is the obvious choice.
Privacy Display - great privacy protection in public.
Combination of 16 GB of RAM and 1 TB of memory - maximum performance and space.
Colour Deep Asteroid Violet - very elegant and luxurious look.
Aluminium processing - lighter body and better heat dissipation.
Superior photo quality even in low light conditions.
High purchase price corresponding to the highest configuration.

Samsung continues its evolutionary steps. The novelty doesn't bring anything new compared to the previous generation S Ultra, but there are still some very useful things. Especially Privacy mode, it's really great. The camera is great, the system is snappy. Samsung has also improved the Smart Switch and data transfer is one step more convenient.
beautiful design, as usual with Samsung

Excellent top phone at a top price
Privacy mode in two intensities, with the first intensity virtually unaffected by display quality
Higher Ram is known
Top quality from Samsung, just in smooth and works well
At maximum privacy, the display is already ugly, lots of brightness, little color and contrast. Temporary use only.

I bought the phone as a replacement for the Samsung Galaxy S24 Ultra and so far I am very satisfied. The S26 Ultra is even faster, the system is very smooth and the display is beautifully bright and great to read even outdoors. I was also very pleased with the camera - the photos are sharp, have natural colours and the phone shoots very well even in lower light conditions. The zoom is also very good and the overall look of the phone is very premium.
superior, very bright and smooth display
very fast performance and agile system
excellent camera with very good results even in low light
high quality zoom for photographing distant objects
premium workmanship and quality materials
good battery life in normal use
higher purchase price
larger phone size
no magnetic charging (MagSafe-like solution)
the display is only 8-bit instead of the expected 10-bit

I'm switching from the Galaxy S10+, so quite a piece of history. What surprised me was the size, I was worried that it would be a much bigger paddle, but it is only a little bigger. Anyway, I'm enjoying the transition from the x years old generation to the current one. The display, the camera, the technology, the blast. On the other hand - I have to give the layout and design of the camera as a definite minus, I'm worried that even if I have a cover, the lenses will scratch over time (hence the overall 4 stars). The S10 had that handled better than the current models, that the camera stands out so much. The phone is still lying weird, so it would be great if they changed it somehow. And then there is the "privacy display", it turns on and you can clearly see a slight deterioration in the sharpness of the display. but I understand it's probably the technology. and it's a complete novelty built into the phone, not taking into account the foils, so I guess that's the toll of progress, maybe the next generations will be more polished. And the pen can't be used remotely to take a photo, no: /. But overall it's clear that the jump is significant for me. I know the magnetic ring is being discussed, but that's pretty much a minor issue for me, thanks to the transition from the historical piece. But, it doesn't have a 3.5 headphone input, whine whine, and despite having 1TB, it doesn't have a memory slot. Cards .

It doesn't have an input for OG 3.5mm headphones, sorry as
No memory card slot

I switched to the Samsung S26 Ultra from the S21 Ultra for basically three reasons. 1. S21 Ultra no longer supports system updates. 2. The boom in AI data centers threatens to drive up prices. 3. I wanted to take advantage of the fact that Alza will buy the S21 Ultra from me for a decent price because it is in perfect condition. Next year she might just go to the nettles. From my point of view, the S26 Ultra brings me a wider display, a better camera and Wifi 7, compared to Wifi 6E and an integrated stylus in the body of the phone. The stylus was once an idol for me, but I eventually found that I don't use it practically. Maybe it was also the fact that the S21 Ultra had it outside the phone in a pouch, which eventually fell apart and it was practically impossible to get another one. Nothing that makes me kind of sit up, you could say, compared to the S21 Ultra. On the other hand, even though you can transfer a lot of data from the old phone to the new one using the Smart Switch, I still spent the whole afternoon debugging all the accesses. And I don't have that much. But that's not the case with the S26 Ultra specifically.
Camera
Integrated stylus
Wifi 7
Compared to the S21 Ultra, it's not that much of a bang for it's 5 generation difference.
