If I have to mention the only drawback I've encountered after two days, it's the charging time. The time remaining until fully charged, which the watch shows directly on its display, unfortunately, doesn't match reality at all. In practice, charging to a hundred percent takes about twice as long as the system itself indicates. Despite this reservation about the charging speed, I rate the watch very positively. If you're looking for a reliable model with a perfect display, simple controls, and great comfort, I can definitely recommend it based on my initial experience.

In my case, only the original charger designed for the newer generation works reliably, so I recommend checking compatibility very carefully when buying accessories. On the other hand, the selection of straps is already comparable to Apple's. I'm also a little disappointed that while the Galaxy Z Fold 8 supports reverse wireless charging, the one device where this feature would make the most sense to me – the watch – can't be charged this way. Overall, though, I see the switch from the Apple Watch very positively. I was expecting to have to make a few compromises, but so far the Galaxy Watch has been a pleasant surprise.
