I have experience with several types of automatic coffee machines, so I have something to compare with (Philips LateGo, Nivona, Krups, Jura). With the Sencor, I was unpleasantly surprised by the "coffee grounds mash", because in addition to the coffee buds, water from the brewing unit falls into the container. In the coffee machines I know, the buds are compressed, partially dried and can be emptied into a bin or collected as "fertilizer". With this mush that is being created here, it is impossible. Another special feature is the magnetic door, which must be detached, placed somewhere and then only the coffee drawer or the steaming unit can be pulled out (it can be pulled out without any problems and is easy to handle). I would like it if the coffee drawer could be pulled out without opening the "door" or if the door was on a hinge and I didn't have to put it away. The coffee grounds hopper is changed after about eight coffee batches and the brewing unit is to be washed at the same time. What I appreciated initially (in the picture) is the milk container. However, in practice, it's not so great anymore. One tube is still in the milk and perhaps because of this, the milk in this container spoils faster. It is possible to not use the container and suck milk directly through the hose from the box or from the cup, but the hose is quite short. The head from which the coffee flows out can be positioned, but even at the lowest position it is still quite high and if one uses smaller cups instead of tall ones, the coffee and milk quite splashes around. What surprised me was the rather thick black sticker with symbols that was overlaid on the control panel, so for a while I wasn't sure if I had just peeled off something that I shouldn't have peeled off, but thanks to the reviews I knew that there really is some thicker sticker: ) What I appreciate is the minimum of creases in the drip tray and the coffee grounds bowl (for example, Philips has a drip tray that is quite jagged and hard to wash out), the easy handling of the steaming unit, and the very simple controls. You can also set the amount of coffee and milk for each drink simply (by holding the button) and the machine keeps this in memory.
simple operation
easy handling of the combustion unit
easy adjustment of coffee and milk quantities for individual drinks (by holding the button), the machine remembers the choice
the coffee outlet, even at the lowest position, is still quite high and coffee or milk (in case I have a smaller cup) splashes around
the coffee tray is quite small
the coffee buds fall into the bowl, into which the water from the brewing unit also goes - i.e. instead of dry coffee buds, there is "loger mash" in the container
the "door" to the brewing unit and the coffee seat is magnetic, so first the "door" has to be opened, then I have to put it somewhere and then I can pull out the drawer with the seat (I would like to have a pull-out "drawer" or a door on a hinge)
the milk spoils faster in the milk container; the hose is quite short for sucking milk directly from the box or from a cup

Hello, thank you for taking the time to review the coffee machine. If you are using a ristretto cup and the coffee is splashing around, the cup can be lined by placing an object on the drip tray and this will bring even a tiny cup up to the level of standadrd coffee cups and the splashing is eliminated. The size of the coffee reservoir has been designed with normal use of the appliance in mind, so that the coffee does not age unnecessarily in the air and can be refilled fresh from the vacuum bag or from the fridge where the coffee is to be stored. In this model, excess water from the water system is drained into the coffee grounds bowl. This is an alternative to other models that drain excess water into a drip tray. Thank you and have a nice day, Ondřej - Alza expert

A compact coffee maker, it makes excellent coffee and I am overall satisfied. Easy to use. The milk system - the milk container is separate. He can make two shots of espresso. Clear display. Easy maintenance. Adjusting the size of the glasses.
A small disadvantage of the coffee machine is that the instructions do not describe how many ml of cleaning solution are needed when descaling the coffee machine, only the information that descaling takes 10 minutes.

Hello, thank you for your suggestion, on the basis of which the supplier contacted us and would like to respond below. "Hello, for the milk frothing to work properly, you need to clean the milk passage regularly so that no milk residues remain. We recommend that after each use of the milk unit you remove the tube from the milk container, place it in a cup of clean water and start frothing in the prepared cup. This will clean the milk unit and make it ready for the next frothing or latte brewing. If you need a more thorough cleaning, please contact us at [email protected] and our colleagues will be happy to send you a detailed procedure. Regards Team Sencor" Please do not hesitate to contact us in case of need. Thank you and have a nice day, Ondřej - Alza expert

I don't often write reviews, but I have to write this one because I get angry almost every morning. First we bought it because we needed a coffee maker. We found out when unpacking that the manufacturer gave the wrong dimensions. Okay, we kept him. We shouldn't have done that. Something's still being cleaned up. Whether I can get the milk for my latte is always a question, because something is always clogging up. We're still cleaning something. If not anything to do with milk, then on the side because of the waste from the coffee. And it's definitely not once a week. It's like every two days. And we have a coffee maker at home, i.e. no office and a big coffee brewing. I'm so angry I'm ready to throw him out the window. If I were buying today, I'd really overpay and not buy this one.
was cheap
coffee good
there's always something to clean!
