It was necessary to get a new air conditioner, because after eight years the old one was no longer cooling. In my hellish conditions where I don't make the apartment drafty, this is a must if one wants to spend time effectively at home. Temperatures around 30°C are very common in the apartment, it is not worth opening the windows, because they generate only heat from the eaves and facade, while the air conditioning for a 24m2 space has a hell of a lot to do. This model from the old sencor is considerably quieter in operation (especially the noise frequency is more pleasant, not so annoying, probably a subjective impression), it is also considerably lighter with similar performance. Enough to make the temperature in my apartment two or three degrees lower, which may not seem enough, but it also comes at the cost of significantly lower humidity, which is the most important thing in my case. Over the years of using air conditioners, I'm really happy with this one. Here I especially appreciate the compact dimensions, because the air conditioner with the hose fits on the window sill with the window open and the tarp (into which the outlet and hose go). and it is this layout concept that is a total win for my space-constrained application, all other products overwhelmingly require a lot of space around the air conditioner to ensure even reasonable efficiency.

We bought the air conditioner as a replacement for a weaker 5000 BTU mobile air conditioner that had no chance to handle the apartment or the room. Mobile air conditioners have inherent limitations, but they can keep the temperature up during the day, but they can also lower it during the day. At an outside temperature of 30°C, we go from 28°C to 26°C in a m2 apartment. The older one (5000 BTU) couldn't lower the temperature and had trouble keeping it in the apartment. The Siguro blows at an outside temperature of 25°C and the set 16°C is actually 10°C. Compared to the previous mobile air conditioner, however, there was a noticeable difference between the 1st and 2nd stage of the fan, here even the 1st stage is quite vigorous and is already disturbing, it would be enough to reduce it slightly and the air conditioner would give a quieter impression. As already mentioned here, the air vent hose is of poor quality, it is terribly soft. I'm waiting for it to burst. The smart control we have because of the cat is disappointing. I can control the air conditioning via Wi-Fi and see the room temperature, but. - the air conditioning keeps forcing the neighbours' devices on me, I can control their appliances - zero security - when locking the air conditioner so that the cat can't control it when he's sitting on it, then it's impossible to control the air conditioner on the phone - from the phone you can unlock it, set it, but you can't lock it (again we have to go back to taping the control panel) Summarized - we bought it at a discount, the currently advertised price of 9 thousand is a lot, real for me so around 6 thousand. If you don't need the Smart features, you can get a similar air conditioner for a few thousand less in season.
