My first water flosser, the battery has lasted more than a week on a single charge so far. The reservoir is enough for one use, usually I even have some water left over. It took me a while to figure out how to use it properly, but I got used to it quickly. The manual says it needs to be rinsed thoroughly before first use. I did that, but I still got a mouth ulcer. Otherwise, though, it's a good piece of kit, much more pleasant than dental floss or an interdental brush, and your mouth feels lovely and clean.
