I use in Home Assistant via Sonoff Zigbee 3.0 Dongle-P with offic FW, you would think it would work, wouldn't you? but fart. After pairing (it doesn't matter if ZHA or z2mqtt) it works for about 2 hours and then it just fades out and doesn't send data, it has to be paired again and in a couple of hours the same thing happens. Aquara are more expensive, but definitely better, better battery (battery life and availability) smaller, steam button even forces update (single click) which is not possible with SONOFF!
price maybe as the only plus, otherwise nothing
Supplied without CR2450 battery, which is hard to find and expensive
Often loses connection even if it is 1m from the coordinator of the same brand Sonoff
The pairing button is ONLY for pairing, it can't force a sensor update with one click like Aquara

The sensor is really responsive. Switching the fan via ZigBee Sonoff DIY smart switch without problems. I have connected via TUYA and SMART LIFE respectively. The gateway I have is MOES ZHUB via RJ45 (WIFI HUBs have problems). I haven't noticed any signal problems with any Zigbee I have at home. Time will tell the battery life.

I use with openhab via sonoff zigbee dongle on the server. Unfortunately, the battery life is about 4 months, there are often signal failures without obvious cause, just two days it does not want to catch the signal and then it works again for a month, even restarting does not help (it happens with all 8 sensors I have - both with the original hub and openhab). The zigbee range is very limited, it cannot reach the receiver to the second floor which is almost in direct line of sight through the open staircase except through the door, there must be a zigbee amplifier.

Otherwise, I am very satisfied and will buy more sensors for the areas where I store fruit, vegetables and let flowers overwinter.
