While the sound is great as always (I've had x Sony headphones of all kinds), everything else kind of fails. The headphones are unnecessarily large and the shape is totally weird. They don't fit my ears at all, no matter how I put them in and use different sizes of attachments. A picture that suggests how to put them in your ears is physically impossible (at least for me). The name "Fit" is kind of funny. Touch control (tapping both on and off the headset) worked about 2 times out of dozens and dozens of attempts. How much or where I knocked made no difference. ANC is like when it's not. The damping is minimal, almost non-existent. It could also be that they don't fit in my ears, but even if I "cram" them in as much as possible and keep them there, it's still miserable. I also find that sometimes the ANC turns itself off (or rather drops out). I'd return the headphones if I could. This way I will probably stay with Sony only with the big headphones (there it is top and without a flaw) and I will try other earbuds.

The headphones sound great. I have the Sony WH-1000XM5 which sound great for me. This isn't even their "flagship" headphone, and they still sound pretty comparable even to the WH-1000XM5s that are over the top. Well, the sound was really good. Worse, however, is the control, the new control is via tapping on the cheekbone instead of the handset. It's probably a matter of habit, but I'm not comfortable with it because it takes the tapping kind of weird. This could also be survived, but the worst and probably the biggest reason why I am returning the headphones is that they don't stay in my ear. I have bigger ears and I don't have the cartilage to trap the air fin, so the headphones stay cleanly on the earbud. I don't have a problem with others, but these headphones have a very short "neck" of the speaker so you can't tuck them deeper because they don't go any further because of the body of the headphone. It's hard to describe but hopefully it can be understood 😄. For example, Samsung Galaxy Buds FE have a longer "neck". More simply, if one has bigger and flatter ears inside, the headphones can't be caught well by the air fin so they don't hold which is a great pity.
