DO NOT BUY. The product has a mechanical defect since manufacture. The metal reinforcement is not deep enough at the hinge point, hence a piece of plastic will break there even with normal gentle use. It's simply too mechanically stressed. It happens to a lot of users, if you want to check it just google "whxm5 hinge".

Slúchadlá po tretej neúspešnej reklamácii pôjdu na bazos.. som zvedavý čo chlapci z reklamácie spravia keď sa ich ďalší majiteľ ozve s rovnakými vládami držím palce obhájiť si to potom.. prípad slúchadiel sa podarilo vyriešit sa napokon podarilo vyriešiť, treba len trpezlivosť.

Veľké mínus dávam kvôli servisu alzy.. 3 reklamácie.. chlapci si nechali zakaždým mesiac slúchadlá u seba čo je doba do kedy musia slúchadlá reklamovať a nie že slúchadlá testovali mesiac.. žiaľ to tak funguje pri zariadeniach s vyššou cenou, že ochota reklamovať nie je.. nothing 3 sa tiež začali kaziť, pravidelne ich updatujem ale na reklamáciu nepôjdu lebo nebudem mať na čom počúvať mesiac hudbu 🥲

The headphones are great, except for an unthought-out defect in which ear sweat causes the touchpad to completely shatter. The touchpad then registers non-existent touches. Fortunately, the touchpad can be turned off in the app settings. Unfortunately, this is unavoidable in the summer. According to the complaints department, this is a feature of the headphones. I recommend buying headphones only for cold environments and not to be used anywhere warm. The battery life is absolutely fantastic. Really, even charging for 5 minutes in the morning is enough and you're good for a few hours of listening.

I use the headphones every day and I don't mind that they can't be folded at all. Headphones belong on the head, not in a case. They have an amazing sound and they don't press on the head at all even with long listening. The battery life is great, I charge the headphones in the evening and in 20 minutes they are fully charged after a full day of listening. I often use Noice canceling at work where it can beautifully soundproof my surroundings and I can concentrate on my work. Ambient mode is fine and sometimes I don't even know if I'm wearing headphones but despite that it could have a bit higher volume because it has a bit lower volume compared to reality. The app is full of useful settings. A small minus I give that when the headphones are connected to 2 devices so sometimes plays the sound from the device that does not emit any sound and on the other one I need to play a video, so I have to manually switch it in the application (it may be a problem of my laptop) I use the headphones in the office, driving in the car (with ambient mode let me hear), in the gym (with noice cancelling), during cardio and I can't complain about them.
