I purchased the headphones as a universal headphone for work and play for use with a laptop, mobile phone and tablet. It was essential for me to achieve absolute silence for work. Using it with a mobile phone was fine, unfortunately trying to use the headset with a Windows 11 laptop was unsuccessful. The headphones keep disconnecting after a few seconds. I have gone through all the discussions on the internet and this is a very common problem with these headphones. Unfortunately, none of the solutions offered worked for me and I am returning them. They are unusable for me without a working connection to my laptop.

The headphones themselves are great, the biggest drawback is that they can't be charged during use. Unfortunately, I use MS Teams quite a bit at my job for calling and these headsets have major issues with that application. They sometimes stop working completely when I make a call, after I wake the computer from sleep mode. It's strange that the other programs are running fine. Maybe it's a problem with my work PC, but unfortunately it's messing up the headphones a lot.
