They said the batteries can't be replaced at all and they can give me two new headphones, each for about CZK 1,800, which, as they admitted, doesn't make sense. They say it's a tax on miniaturization. So there you go. I am disappointed, I will have to throw the headphones away and buy another one. Just definitely not Sony anymore.
