Hi, I have a problem. The headphones are perfect. But I just can't keep it from losing some part or all of the headphones. Is it possible to buy just a spare charging case?

Headphones for great money
for the money, great sound
when removed from the case, it immediately connects to the device without you having to turn it on
Ambient sound - ambient sound cancellation - it's not that perfect, probably not for airplanes, but it works
connection to two devices at the same time
Black Friday is priced below 1000, - CZK
the battery lasts quite a long time
switching modes, volume on headphones
they are earbuds, don't expect miracles, but for the money, OK, if they break or get lost, don't worry as much as with headphones for 5000
super app from Sony, firmware upgrade and other antics

Before these headphones I had QCY Chinese headphones of similar design. After a while they were no longer satisfactory for me and I bought these. I'm not talking about features like noisecanceling or tranparency mod etc. I just want something more. Massive bass and dense sound. These sonics are gold, but it's still not the same. So I understood that as a long-time sheep, I will not be able to buy any more headphones (because otherwise I will accumulate headphones at home) and either a top like Airpods Pro 2 or jump straight into a different design of headphones - classic shells like Sony Ultwear because I bought them in the spring for my girlfriend and they are the only reference headphones for me at the moment that can satisfy my hunger for brain-bending bass.
Decent headphones
For the price it costs there is nothing to complain about

The headphones are fine, but you need to properly adjust them in your ear (it takes a bit of practice), otherwise you'll get a horrible shallow sound without bass or your ears will hurt
Good sound
Fast connection
Small, lightweight
They do not perform any random actions when touched like most other headphones (no touch gestures)
From time to time, it will momentarily disconnect
They have to be placed in the ear in a very specific way so that they sound good and don't hurt the ears

I had a WF-C500, I upgraded just for the newer blue tooth and I can't complain
small size including packaging
connection to multiple devices works without a problem (Macbook and Motorola phone)
control by "mechanical" button, so it can be operated reliably even with a hat / gloves

Sounds fine, including reasonable bass
It can be paired with 2 devices at once, e.g. computer and phone, which is great, because you don't have to pair it.
It's just a bump hidden in the ear, no stem sticking out of it like most headphones. That's great because it doesn't get caught by the stem with caps and such or when putting on and taking off the helmet, so it doesn't pull it out of your ear like with my previous headphones, which I used to get that all the time.
Bass is ok, especially considering the price. They're not quite as mind-numbing as they used to be with Beats or as I can play on my home theater, but for me, that's rather good.
They don't work as a blender of two devices. It can pair with 2 devices at the same time, and on both it pretends to be "connected" and both devices think they are sending sound to them, but only the first one plays. For example. listening to music on my phone. I get to the office, the headphones immediately connect to the computer, the music continues to play from the phone. I play music on my computer, the computer thinks it's playing headphones, but the headphones still only hear the music from my phone. I have to turn off the music from my phone and then I can hear the music from my computer. Personally, I don't care, but I could imagine that someone might want to listen to music from their phone while playing a game on their computer and hear the sounds from the game over the music.
On both the iPhone and the Mac, it only shows one percent charge, it's hard to tell if it belongs to the case or if it's an average of both headphones. In the app, you can see the percentage separately for the right and left handset as well as for the case.
