The app is perfect, simple and clear, it allows you to add multiple headphones from a manufacturer and switch between them. these headphones can be paired with 2 devices at once with LDAC enabled and three devices without LDAC. It fits perfectly in the ear, the attachments are silicone, they hold well in place and in the ear. The microphones for phone calls work perfectly, the sound of the call is clear. The ANC completely shuts down the surroundings, I can't hear the engine or the door slamming in the trolley. The headphones have required a firmware update, this will only take place with a 100% charge. The charging box is easy to hold and doesn't slip out of your hand like the competition, it charges with classic USB C, a short cable is also included. Inserting and removing the headphones is easy and intuitive. Touchpads can be programmed in the app. I'm glad I went for them and can enjoy the thick bass and clean highs, and surprisingly solid mids as well. Compared to the Sony XM5 I would say materially somewhere else. I recommend it.
