Too bad Tefal doesn't have a classic frying pan with only 6x more durable surface. I find it really heavy. Next time I would choose another type, you can buy 2x more durable surface. We shall see, it may be too early to draw any big conclusions.

I used the pan on induction and only with plastic utensils. After about 2 months the centre of the pan started to brown and the non-stick gradually decreased. After half a year, the centre of the pan including the Thermo sport was already burning and I sent the pan for complaint. After a month I received a new piece where everything was repeated. The surface of the pelvis was not damaged or disturbed in any way on my part. Another claim followed, another replacement, but the third pan arrived damaged and with a loose handle, so I sent it back asking for a refund. As a result, it is a very nice pan for occasional cooking with a minimum of fat. However, if you cook daily, I don't recommend it, as the non-stick surface degrades quickly.
