There is no application for Win (resp. you can connect via onvif/rtsp, but there is no camera setup).
If you want to bulk download chopped up recordings from SD card to PC you are out of luck, it can only be exported in mobile app and only one at a time.
There is no way to simply view the uploaded files through Windows and copy them to your computer. You have to pull out the SD card.
The files on the SD card are confusingly named, half of them can't be played in anything, they look "corrupted".
For a few crowns, you can back up your videos to the TPLink Care cloud. but there's no way to access the cloud from Win, again only from the mobile app.
It can be paired with an NVR, for example TPLink recommends their VIGI NVR1008H but it doesn't work because it expects the username "admin" and the account created in C320WS must be at least 6 characters long. X users have already reported it in the forum, TPLink ignores it.
If you record to SD card and maybe back up to Tapo Care cloud, then you can't connect to the camera via rtsp livestream, the camera simply doesn't allow it - according to TPLink because of the limited capabilities of the camera hardware.
If you turn off the indicator light in the camera settings so that it doesn't shine on the surroundings at night, it still flashes red like an angry
The user forum has a two-year backlog of user requests for what should be changed or improved on the camera. TPLink does nothing about it.
