Bought in Alza days for 3700 CZK. I bought the projector to replace the 32" TV in my bedroom, where I can watch a movie or TV show in the evening (in the dark or by lamplight), and for the price, it's more than a perfect replacement for the TV. From a distance of 2.5m from the wall or screen, the diagonal is just over 2 metres. As for the attached canvas, I used it and took it off again. I haven't tried it, but I think it's permeable. The projector can also be placed behind the screen. When I set up half the image on the screen and half on the wall, I could see the difference immediately. The black paint was really black on the wall and kind of grey on the canvas, and the colors on the canvas seemed bland to me. I have the picture set to movie mode and in this mode the brightness is only set to 40% and in dark or twilight this is just right. From a distance of 2.5m and a diagonal of 2m, I can use it in the daytime. It doesn't mean you can't see anything in daylight. Of course, the sun wasn't beating into my room. if you're looking for a living room projector instead of a TV, you'll need a different and more expensive device.
Plays videos from USB without problems, including displaying external subtitles.
