I'm switching from the Xiaomi 13, it was worth the wait. The body and size of the phone is definitely more compact and working in one hand is much easier.
Unlocking with the fingerprint is faster and I consider the location closer to the center to be a good solution, so there is no accidental unlocking when pulling out of the pocket, as it was with the model 13.
Even though I own a DSLR, I take a lot of my photos with my mobile phone. With the Xiaomi 17, I consider it a big step forward, to occupy all the cameras with a 50 Mpx sensor, and the cooperation with Leica lenses is absolutely perfect.
Great screen readability even in direct sunlight.
Great battery life and will definitely get better when it fully optimizes after a few full charges and discharges.
