For the money, I can recommend it, although it has some flaws. Only tested briefly so far, it's hard to say what it will do in a year or two, the crappy workmanship may be a stumbling block. But I also have two (more expensive) EZVIZ cameras (also 360°) and the people detection absolutely does not work, so I consider this a success, especially at this price.
People detection works (even when the camera is about 10 meters above the ground).
Person tracking works more or less (about 70%) - it works when the person is on a uniform background, if the background is too jagged (bushes, flowers, etc. ), the tracking doesn't work.
Price
The app and the camera are fast enough, it's easy to work with (I have EZVIZ cameras and they are awfully slow compared to this)
Wifi 5GHz support
Poor processing (also e.g. compared to EZVIZ) - for example, the camera is attached to the wall mount only through two thin sockets (see photo), which I estimate will become totally brittle and break in 2 years at the latest (=and the camera will fall and break)
When you set it up, it speaks Chinese
Alza writes that the camera is also outdoors (there is no word on the manufacturer's website) and has IP67 - but I have my doubts about it - the SD card slot is not covered by anything and is in front a little below the lens, so during a storm it can easily blow water or snow into it(! )
there is no socket adapter for the camera(! ), just the USB-C cable (and I didn't notice that there was a warning about it somewhere)
Apps are constantly "nagging" you to pay for their cloud.
The camera is 360° but it has no "patrol" mode (that the camera would rotate once every few minutes) - that's pretty stupid
There is no option to "mask" areas where the camera would not alarm (like a street where cars are driving) - also pretty stupid.
Startup and firmware update without problems (e.g. with EZVIZ cameras both were a problem)
Unfortunately, the camera can't look under itself in the upside down position - the minimum lens tilt is about 20° - that's pretty stupid.
