General information

Due to the large number and variety of individual promotional campaigns, our company Alza would like to point out that binding information, product availability, product pricing, and campaign terms and conditions are only listed on the website www.alza.at.

• Our company’s offer is limited by the sale of stock for which the offer applies, or by the inability to supply (e.g. due to the supplier’s failure to deliver goods as a result of extraordinary circumstances, etc.).
• The information and prices published on the website www.alza.at at the time of order confirmation are decisive and binding, with the exception of obvious pricing errors (see Article IV, Section 3 of our General Terms and Conditions).

Discount codes

In its promotional campaigns, our company uses the term “discount on purchase” to refer to a unique discount code for use in the online shop www.alza.at. We provide selected customers (campaign participants) with a one-time discount voucher for use on www.alza.at, provided the following conditions are met:

• The discount is granted when the customer redeems a discount voucher for the purchase of a product, service, and/or license with a minimum value stated in the relevant marketing message (e.g. a text message or similar communication addressed to the customer). The price/discount includes VAT. The minimum purchase amount does not include shipping costs.
• The discount is granted in the amount or value specified in the relevant SMS or similar message.
• The discount code cannot be used to purchase gift vouchers, Alza Credit, etc.
• Our company does not provide cash to campaign participants, and the discount code cannot be exchanged for money either during or after the campaign.
• The code is non-transferable and non-refundable. It cannot be replaced by any other gift or discount and is not intended for resale.
• Unused discount codes cannot be replaced or refunded, and participation in the campaign does not guarantee the right to receive a discount code.
• The code cannot be combined with other discounts or gift vouchers from our company unless expressly stated in these terms and conditions or in the relevant SMS message or similar message sent by our company.

Banners, billboards, and media advertisements

• All images used in promotional messages are for illustrative purposes only. Our company cannot guarantee that the type, model, or color of a specific product will exactly match the image used in the advertisement. The decisive product description is the one provided on the website www.alza.at.
• Due to the nature of such media, our company cannot guarantee the availability of products advertised through print, television (including HbbTV), radio, or similar advertising. Therefore, the content of these advertising messages cannot be considered binding offers to conclude a contract, as they do not constitute declarations of intent under § 869 of the Austrian Civil Code (ABGB).

Advertising on discount portals and price comparison sites

Data transmission errors or transmission of outdated data may also occur in the case of various discount portals or price comparison sites, whose operators are not contractual partners of our company. The most accurate and up-to-date pricing is always available on www.alza.at.

All necessary information for customers is provided in connection with advertising for installment purchases.
