Orders placed by 23:59 will be ready for pickup in a Vienna AlzaBox the following morning. You can find this option at over 160 locations across Vienna!
Delivery is always based on the item with the latest expected delivery date. If one or more items in your order are out of stock, this will affect the delivery time of the entire order. You can find up-to-date delivery information when selecting the AlzaBox in your shopping cart. In the Shipping and Payment section, you have the option to split your order and have part of it delivered as soon as possible — and there’s no extra charge for shipping.
You have 3 days from the time of delivery. You'll receive an e-mail 24 hours before the return deadline to give you one last chance to collect your item.
Your order will be cancelled and refunded. Your payment will be returned to you.
Every AlzaBox is monitored 24/7 by an alarm and camera system.
Yes, you only pay one shipping fee regardless of the size of your order.
The maximum size is 380 x 410 x 670 mm and up to 31.5 kg. If the items are too bulky, the system will not allow you to select the AlzaBox delivery option.
Once your order has been dispatched, you’ll receive an e-mail with a link to track your order and view the estimated delivery time on our website.
Once your parcel arrives in the AlzaBox, you'll receive an e-mail or SMS with an 8-digit authorisation code and a QR code. Open the box by entering the code or scanning the QR code.
The delivery fee for AlzaBox is €0.99.
