Shipping bulky items with GO! (General Overnight), offers a specialised solution for transporting larger and cumbersome goods. With a focus on fast delivery and professional handling, GO! provides a convenient option for getting these items to their destination efficiently.

Basic information

Delivery area: Nationwide delivery within Austria
Orders are processed and shipped within 1 business day. Further details can be found in the table below.
Only valid for orders up to 500 kg. The weight range for individual packages is between 31.5 kg and 50 kg.
Delivery dates and estimated delivery times will be provided via email once the order has been confirmed.
The maximum order value for private customers is €15,000 (including VAT).

Your delivery

On the shipping day, you will receive an email with your tracking number.
You can track your shipment using GO!'s Order and Delivery feature.
An estimated delivery time will be provided on the day of delivery. If the proposed time is inconvenient for you, you may reschedule directly with the carrier.
No deliveries are made on weekends or public holidays.

Claims

Upon receiving your delivery, please inspect the package carefully. If you are not satisfied with its condition or have any concerns, ask the delivery person to note your comments on the delivery receipt.

If your delivery is marked as "Delivered" but you have not received it, please contact us immediately.
To ensure a swift resolution of any dispute with the shipping provider, we kindly ask that you provide a signed declaration. Our customer service team will be happy to assist you.
